how to make maintenance of the mold

For the mold, except the mold making, the mold maintenance is also very important.
For example, the estimated mold life will be 200000 shots for the P20 steel, with your good mold maintenance, then the mold real life could have 2-5 times longer.
But how to maintain the mold, it has some ways:
1. anti rust: before each mold delivery, we will spray the antirust agent, as from our company to the customer company , it takes at least 15 days by ship. If you deliver by plane, we also apply protective oil on the mold surface , on guide bush, on guide pin. And each time you use, need to clean the water on the water cooling lines and mold cavity and core, or you could mass product with more shots if you do not know if the mold have water or not. Water/rain/handprint will cause the mold rust. To anti-rust is a way of mold maintenance.
2.anticollision: Prevent the mold from crashing due to the ejector pin is broken and not back in place.
3.Remove burr: prevent mold burrs caused by cloth rubbing/material flushing/hand rubbing/water pliers touching/knife touching. As if your mold have burrs, then some part of the product will have flash.
4.Missing parts: To prevent mold damage caused by the lack of tie rod/washer and other parts during the use of the mold. If you have changed the mold spare parts, need to put a new one in the same position immediately. As if the mold spare parts did not put on the mold at once, sometime case the mold break.
5.Anti-pressure: to prevent mold damage caused by mold locking due to the remaining product. When you make mass production, need to pay attention to the mold cavity and core and other fitting surface, if there are material inside the cavity and core, thenwhen mould close, the material might cause the mold break.
6.quick-wear part changeable, we will supply some spare parts with mold shipping. If you need to change, then you could change at once.
